Key Responsibilities and Ongoing Execution I. Sustained Strategy & Mission Alignment •Strategic Continuity: Phil L. Hodnitt III is responsible for the ongoing execution and continuous refinement of Uplift's national strategy, ensuring all corporate activities remain optimally aligned with the evolving mission, priorities, and needs of The Favor System Foundation, Org. •Mission Maximization: Maintain a strong focus on mission efficiency, ensuring corporate activities and revenue generation directly contribute to the Foundation's capacity and overall impact, rather than solely maximizing profit. •National Integration: Oversee and enhance the seamless integration of Uplift's administrative functions (e.g., HR, IT, Finance) across all national operating units to ensure standardization, compliance, and centralized support for the Foundation’s programs. Oversee the preparation and management of multi-year budgets and maintain strict cost controls to ensure Uplift remains a reliable, financially stable support mechanism for the Foundation. •Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Direct all corporate compliance activities, proactively identifying and mitigating enterprise risks (operational, financial, and legal) specific to non-profit subsidiaries and national administration agencies. •Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and scalability, leveraging technology to reduce administrative overhead and improve service delivery speed and quality.
